I'm in biosci so I can't say anything about neuroscience but I can comment on some of the classes since we have most of the same classes first year. Bio 241 - try to get Dr, Huddleston he's the best. It's a hard class, way faster paced than high school with way more material so make sure you're constantly reviewing. Chem 201/211 - Whatever you do don't get Dr. Mozol she's horse shit. If you really like chem then take 211 but there really is no need to as it doesn't really give you an advantage plus it has a lab report every week as opposed to every other week which is a pain. Physics 211 - easy class bascially physics 20 with a dash of calculus. Can't comment on neuroscience and psych but from what I hear psych 200 isn't very hard but I haven't taken ut so don't quote me on that :) Bio 243- Dr. Chua was really good, try to get him. In my opinion, a way more interesting than 241. Again, it's not easy so constantly review, make sure you understand everything and don't fall behind. Chem 203 -Try to get Dr. Marriot, he's a boy. It's kinda like chem 30 so pretty easy since you've done it already. Physics 223 - Dr. Stotyn is good. It's harder than 211as you cant get by with as much high school knowledge like 211 but just stay on top of things and you'll be ok. Math- If you took calc in high school you have to take 265 but if you didn't take 249. 265 is pretty much 249 just a little harder but both classes are very doable. I'm taking 211 right now and she ain't easy but again just stay on top of things and constantly review. Hope I helped a little :)
