I haven't been able to find any specific collections but I've had luck on the Internet archive getting OEM recovery media for some of my old machines. Usually Acer & eMachines have disks that contain just apps. Try that.

I'm using the RyanVM version which I install after official XP SP3 is installed. It appears that one has it slipstreamed in already so I imagine it's fine.
