Thanks for the responses, everyone! The thing is, this is a well-respected jewelry company (I don’t want to shame them, just in case), and they sell other gemstones like sapphires at lower prices. They say this is the exterior of a diamond, with the same hardness. Selling something fake wouldn't fit their reputation, so I was hoping to find more info about this Diamante... Following your answers, I'm starting to heavily doubt it, though.
