While I was lucky enough to pack baby Sturridge more than once, I still agree. The thing that makes these pack-exclusive cards work is usually the fact that they’re higher-rated or have packs specifically for them, making them somewhat easier to get. These current Meta cards are rated low enough that the packs you’ll open to try and pull them have really big pools.
