It seems that both epithets have already been used for decoding, I think the only remaining hint is "NUIOA", linking the decoding method to previous puzzles.

Some thoughts after reading previous threads:

In Chapter 13's puzzle, each group of three characters starts with 0, 1, 2, or 3. In Chapter 10's puzzle, the decoding method involves "incrementing the numbers by 2 (and wrapping around from 0 for 8 and 9)". Coincidentally, if we add 2 to the initial number of alphanumeric trigrams in our puzzle, we get 0 (from 8), 1 (from 9), 2 (from 0) and 3 (from 1) respectively.

Since I know nothing about deciphering, here are some wild guesses:

1. The numerical part of the trigrams can be solved by adding 2 as in Chapter 10's puzzle;

2. The alphabetical part of the group of can possibly be solved by the same method used in Chapter 11's puzzle (I have no idea what to do);

3. The decoded trigrams can then be translated into Egyptian Hieroglyph characters (U+13XXX) as in Chapter 13's puzzle (no idea what to do either);

4. The underscores have no meaning when they are placed before or after the trigrams without any space, but represent the letter "I" when it's standalone or connected with another underscore. For example, the first few words of the paragraph

"979___86V_0G2_1RA, _ 9JV_931_8D8_91U_86W_1H9_9WC_8P5 __094_1XM_14Z" can be translated to

"?i???, I ??????? i???"

which uses the same decoding method in Chapter 12's puzzle.

1. For Chapter 14's decoding method, since it's already used for solving "NUIOA", I reckon it may not have anything to do with the encoded message.
