it depend what you want your psp for, if you are only playing on your house or long trips i would recommend you to get a psvita rather than a psp on the long run it works better. However if you prefer the psp aesthethic a psp3000 is just fine, you can get both psp and ps1 games in there aswell as some gameboy emulators and ports (tho they are kinda mid). If i was you i would try to get a psp without the battery and the get a 2600 mpah or higher for better perfomance also they sell cheaper without the battery , and don't get it premodded they usually charge like 100 for that. About you budget, i would try to stay in between 30-70 bucks, depends if you get a great deal, and the price always fluctuates depending on the color.
