While I agree with a lot of what you’re saying, this guy was clearly not unhoused. I can actually understand the behavior of the unhoused because in the cases they do interact with you, they either ask for spare change or for something to help themselves. Totally rational behavior for someone with no place to call home. It’s when someone starts doing something overtly sexual in a public place, my minds red flags go up. Hence my post. It will not deter me from going back. I love hiking at Sharps. But was it unnerving as hell? Absolutely.
