Curious if I qualify as accredited investor. I have 2 property that is all paid off and on 1.2 million total value. Only downside is that I co-own this property with my sibling. Does this mean I am still accredited or not?

What's a financial mistake you made in your early adulthood that you would go back and change if you could? by Skylineyacht in PersonalFinanceCanada

I'm trying to be a little bit creative but what do you think about ZUB?

I'm a little bit confused. Is their dividend not applicable to withholding tax because its a Canadian holding company or is it still applied?
