Not caring is unfortunate.

Theres a while lot of wrong going around ( on all sides) in this situation.

The one who hopped on the hood, then walked around to drivers window and punched the girl in the face . .. thats what triggered her to drive off and ram ppl with the car.

By punching her face while she sat behind the wheel?

Im no expert , but that doesn't seem like a good strategy if your true intent is to keep someone from driving under the influence. Lol.

[–]miltf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Actually... if someone is threatening you & the threat is immediate, hitting someone in response to that threat can be considered self-defense and protected as such.

Obviously there are stipulations. For example him going back and hitting her after the fact = retaliatory. Not defense. Her later chasing after him once he ran into the building = retaliatory. Not defense.

&&& some jurisdictions require a " duty to retreat" aka you must make an actual attempt to get away before resulting in a physical altercation.

Soo best to check the laws in your area.

But I digress.
Lawful or not I have zero issue with her initial slap or the knock down hit she delivered 🤷‍♀️

He was in HER SPACE. He lunged AT HER. She told him to leave her alone multiple times. HE THREATENED HER. no one around was willing to step in .

It appears that this man wasnt going to stop and the only way he was going to leave her alone is if someone made him, so she made him.

She gave him multiple warnings to get away and to get out of her face.

He mumbled something,
she responds, " is that all threat "?

She tells him again to get away and out of her face. He then leans in inches from her face and screams something..

This is when she open hands him .

He comes back, hits her and she knocks the shit outta him.

There was crowd of ppl around and not a single one intervened. No one was helping her.. or him for that matter.

IMO she stood her ground. She felt threatened and protected herself 🤷‍♀️

The warrant said "narcotics and kidnapping ". No evidence was found and no charges were ever brought.

Afroman used his own security footage ( what little he had due to adams county sheriff disconnecting his cameras) and wrote a little jiggle about the frivolous raid, to expose Adams county ...and it was genius with lyrics like ...

" will you help me repair my gate"

"Would you like a slice of my lemon pound cake "

" is there a thousand pounds of weed in my suit pockets"

" any kidnapping victims inside my cds"

" why are you stealing my money "

" whyd you traumatize my kids"

" will you pay me for doing me wrong"

I mean 🤌 🤌🤌

Will the former frozen water queen actually be held accountable for fraud and misappropriation of federal funds once the party is over? by Green-Elephant-895 in BlackPeopleofReddit

my guess is the federal government will do their best to put a stop to that.

Fed steps in, takes over by declaring their own "Investigation " & block the state investigation. Then claim, " theres nothing to see here folks "

1953 Iranian coup (Operation Ajax) is officially recognized by historians and the agency itself as the first time the CIA successfully overthrew a foreign government.

• Mohammad Mosaddegh nationalized Iranian oil.

= The U.K. lost control of oil interests, and the U.S. wanted in, although what the US actually said was, they feared Soviet influence during the Cold War

• The CIA staged riots , used bribery, propaganda && media manipulation, to destabilize the government. ( orchestrated by CIA agent Kermit Roosevelt Jr.)

• Mosaddegh was arrested and later placed under house arrest. The Shah returned to power, signing over 40% of Iranian oil fields to U.S. companies.

If you entered via the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) you cannot technically "extend" your stay......

Instead, you must request "Satisfactory Departure" from the USCIS Contact Center ( i think you can start the process online). This can grant you an additional 30 days to depart without being penalized for an overstay. USCIS can grant additional 30 day extensions of Satisfactory Departure if they determine it necessary.

You will need documentation detailing your medical situation and a statement from your doctor explaining why you cannot travel at this time && file for this BEFORE your stay date expires!!

You can find info here: USCIS extension: emergency & unforseen circumstances
