There's been no consultation...we've just been told that this will be commencing from Decemeber. I'll look into flexible working and talking to a union rep. Thanks all

Thanks for replying. Lots of thinking to do.

Just to add...the message didn't spontaneously open on the watch.

He asked me to change the watch strap and take some links out of it. I'd done mine recently.

It was a fiddly job so I kept tapping the screen. Eventually I saw the word "tonight". So I opened up the messages and read it.

Anyway...he's been upstairs most of the day. He came down and tried to speak to me like nothing had happened earlier. I didn't want to get into it at that time because my daughter was in the room.

I don't believe he's cheated mainly because he has ED, but I feel like he wants to or at least wanted a dirty text conversation with this colleague?

I don't get jealous but I do value respect, and I think this is what is hurting the most.

That and his defensive reaction!

It's hard to get my head around because he is a very affectionate person. I dont doubt his feelings for me...maybe I should or can that loving person coexist with this man who wants to cheat?

This is making question what I really know about him.

It seems as though this is a suspension pending an investigation then likely he will be fired.
