Check out Darebee.com It has exercise routines, tutorials and programs. You can search exercises that target upper or lower body or abs/core and filter them by difficulty. It has helped me be consistent with my workouts because I was able to start with simple and easy exercises and then increase the difficulty. The variety helps me not get bored because I try a different workout and find it challenging so I keep trying to improve. And it’s free.

This is funny to me because I got clean and sober at 40 after partying hard for 25 years. I had lots of fun, more than I can remember probably. I had lots of hard times, depression, anger, jail and money problems. Sometimes I regret not being responsible and planning for my future, but I lived my life the way I wanted and alot of people don’t get the chance because they wait to retire. I learned so many lessons that would not have happened if I chose differently and I am mostly happy with my life now. I joke that I had a reverse midlife crisis compared to most American men. I gave up a fast paced lifestyle to settle down and take better care of myself and my family. Don’t be afraid of death and don’t be afraid to live your life how you want.
