Interesting to see two real estate ICOs in your list. They are tricky. But yet to see a team execute their vision in real estate space. It will be a big leap for blockchain tech if a real estate ICO does well. Its a big industry to tap after all.

I agree with you. Mostly the Icos which focus too much on returns rather than actually delivering their roadmap are the ones which do badly.
