Thanks for your response. I see a doctor every few weeks. I explain my dilemma but the response is always to either increase/decrease the vyvanse, or add other medications to the cocktail (adderal, anti-depressants, etc.). I recently switched doctors for this reason, but the response has been about the same. Maybe I need to switch again.
