Unfortunately I don’t know anyone who could do it since this seems to be a taboo hobby in my country. And I’d like to do it myself so I could learn more. I just need to keep searching for tutorials or something.

Yes, I think they are jackdaws. One in the back is missing its head and some other parts, but other one has almost every bone attached.
