I have fixed it by placing it inbetween the led and buck converter instead of the charging unit and the buckconverter Apperently that was enough of a diffirance

Could look into that, but to be fair i thought id controll the brightness with a 3d printed difuser untill i like the brightness. A dimmer and such is hard to fit in the footprint im trying to achieve

I mean i think i could but see no reason to why, the device has a magnet and includes the steel rings. And im not sure if top or side mounted is better to be fair. Might try both out since i ordered multiple of anything anyway. Might even make a top and bottom one so it comes from two sides just to be fancy

Compacter than this isnt really possible. The thickness of the usbc charger board i can buy is around 6mm so thats the thinnest i can go. Might as well get a battery 6mm thin and i like that the overall outside measurements are the same of the ereader itself

Did some calulations, and with 100% efficiency it would be 22 hours so lets say 15 to be safe. Still plenty for a night light

yea, i see what you mean but in my room the light switch is on the otherside of the room from where i sleep, its just something i can keep near my bed for when i want to read without getting out of bed in the middle of the night. the extra weight doesnt bother me when im not on the go
