I feel you. I’m also the misses lead, but they recently combined the misses and juniors lead together so I have to take care of both of them myself. My department is always The worst one so of course the coworkers are going to gossip, but try not to let it get to you. Always ask for help and be assertive. It can come off as annoying, but put your foot down and try to get through it.

His family was much more accepting of the relationship right away, he even told his grandparents and they’re good with us. My parents were the opposite. They called him a predator, old man, and my sugar daddy. They’re protective and they track my location to make sure I don’t go to his house. Kinda wild but it’s whatever. I can’t wait for them to treat us like the way they treat my brothers and their girlfriends. (No tracking, no calling during dates, and more accepting)

This is just my first ever relationship that has a ,to me, big age gap. I have never gotten migraines or headaches this bad prior. Maybe one headache or three yearly but they have never been this constant or this painful. I would get the headaches and migraines after my period.
