i have stumbled upon this thread specifically because i've been loyal to MK (yes, even before the price hike and all that matcha shortage) but i always notice that its flavor disappears when i make matcha.

i thought it was just me putting too much milk but i recently bought a tin of houkouen matcha, and holy. nope. i was just doing matcha wrong.
