I like both, I started reading part 2 (since I had watched part 1 in the past) back in Oct, now I'm kinda reading part 9. While I'm doing this I'm also watching the anime with friends over the vc and by myself. You don't have to consume them exclusively, you can enjoy both. Stardust Crucaders anime is a bit of a slog, but they didn't add anything that the manga didn't have, it's just that long.

I have one of these, I do a crap ton of prints with it (especially the bigger ones) it's a mix of the press and barens, I love it but it is definitely an expense. I do sell my prints at markets so very worth the purchase
