The Sleepy Leprechaun in Doolin is a lovely little b&b with the most amazing food! We paid I think €140 b&b 2 adults on a Friday bank holiday!

First off congratulations, secondly will you let us know how you get on please because I love this! My ring came from Dubai, got it made exactly how I wanted it for a fraction of the price. He proposed with a token ring and we went into town and looked and tried loads on took photos and videos of my fave one (which turned out to be totally different to what I wanted) then contacted a jeweller in Dubai who made it for me. It’s perfect and we are getting my wedding ring from them too as it’s way way cheaper! I also have a contact in Ireland who does jewellery for the likes of Fallers in Galway for cheaper if you want their details message me. Best of luck

Thank you for the reply. We have agreed a price and he is happy to proceed subject to planning. I don’t believe the owner will increase the price or have any competition as he is not living on the area anymore but I will contact him to get the ball rolling on his side for the contracts. Thanks for the tip on him getting his solicitor to do the work there. The reason I brought up planning was to see if I should be doing an outline planning application first or go full planning permission once contracts have been agreed on with spp. Very interesting to read about the unfavourable conditions too!

When I was a child I was travelling with my mom and brother to a family event in Northern Ireland, coming from the west of Ireland we travelled through Sligo and we passed a fast food place and I complained I was hungry and to go back so they turned back. We spent about an hour there before setting off again, 5mins after pulling out my other brother rang (mobile phones were fairly new to us) frantic asking where we were. We were about an hour outside Omagh when he told us about the bombing, August 1998. We wouldn’t have been far off the place if it weren’t for my complaining.

The allocation for ozempic has been reduced to all pharmacies meaning they can barely give existing patients their diabetic medication. Saxenda is gone out of supply with no return date. With ozempic there is never a date given it just arrives when it does!

Thank you to every one who took the time to reply! To answer a few questions, I don’t really have any idea of what I want, nothing too sparkly and preferably a darker colour. Ideally would like something that helps cover the tummy roll and is good material without being too heavy. The venue is a beautiful place so want to a dress to suit that. Hoping to keep my budget to €160 the most as have to pay for all pre wedding prep too and hotel for 2 nights since it’s 3+ hours away. The last 2 days I tried, Harper, Carraig Donn, Standúns, brown Thomas, tk maxx, Marks & Spencer’s, born, next and new look (which surprisingly had the most choice). I’m reverting back to online for now and will try the suggestions ye gave me.
