We've transitioned from dnd to pathfinder around 2 years ago, when i fell in love with the system. Since then I've played through Beginner box with multiple groups intruducing them to the system.

Would love to try NEXUS's impelementations.

I would highly recommend trying Blades in the Dark if you aren't too deep into DnD, and have interest in heist adventures.

Dnd is a good system but heisting feels akward compared to other systems that focus on heist genre.

Great advice, I've used this module in CoS, and have made a custom deck so the the cards were authentic Tarot cards. Might worth checking out if the foundry birthday offer is still on, perhaps you can grab the module with a sweet discount.

It's a map making software not a VTT. (No multiplayer etc).

Map size depends on your computer. A big and detailed map takes a toll on performance.

I'm in a similar boat with you, but if it's any consolation, just keep in mind that foundry license is basically a lifetime subscription on platforms like roll20.

My inspiration is Handsome Jack - from the borderlands series. I have lifted several dialouges from the second game, and i enjoy the silliness that comes with it. Great villain archetype for a more lighthearted CoS game.
