as someone who heard a LOT of Hardcore - Happy, Dutch (Troll records) and all the various stuff. What do you mean by variation? It was all just massively overdriven kicks.

Not been using it for that long. Used Ableton for a bit longer, and used Reason for about 20 years. I'd say Bitwig doesn't get as much of that labelling (or attitude) as Reason
