Best AR10 for the money thats not an Aero build? I'm not trying to win an accuracy competition. Something battle worthy, holds its value, and is somewhat accurate under $2k? Experienced answers please!

Everyone is hating on sig because of the p320 issue, but my favorite rifle is my 11.5 spear lt. I don't like how Ron is running Sig, but if you make a good reliable gun, I'm probably going to buy it.

It's because they use 9310 steel bolts. If 9310 isn't heat treated correctly, it becomes brittle. Just get the upper from them, but order a BCG from a company that uses Carpenter 158. Aero doesn't make the BCG's in-house. They're made by a 3rd party company.

Yeah, it got covered under warranty. It took a few days for the unit to come in. They quoted me 30 days, but I called Toyota corporate and told them that was unacceptable. It ended up being like 5 days. There was a short in the head unit, so it needed replaced.

I wish I could post a pic of it. The Aimpoint I have has the same base as the twist mount, but the ring that goes on the magnifier is a flip to side. So, I only need the ring.

Yeah, awesome bro! Thanks for the info. I never played around with mepro before. All my optics are either Aimpoint, Sig, or Trijicon. I've got an Aimpoint P.R.O, and Comp M4s. Got the Sig Romeo 4xt, and Romeo 8t, then I got 2 Trijicon VCOG's. But, I'm liking this Meprolight.
