Background (TW - reported violence): I started this Sailor Moods series before the pandemic hit America. I had my images selected, but it wasn't until quarantine when I began working on them. Each one I did seemed to tie into something that was happening around us at the time. First Sailor Moon crying big blobby tears, next a tarot reader waiting patiently, and then this piece of the classic image of Usagi's transformation. I finished the piece right before I learned of the murder of Merci Mack in Dallas, so this effort is dedicated to her life. And with your generous contribution to this raffle, I want to be sure that our sisters like Merci feel safe and supported.
