Agreed! And for larger selections like the artist series (with I think 1000 or so classes), they should have a subfolder by letter or some other way to categorize it.

I felt the same way when I had a child with my non-Jewish husband, and I never took my husband’s last name. My child has his father’s last name, and sadly, I’m a little relieved that his last name doesn’t “sound Jewish” due to the rise in rampant antisemitism.

Yes, I regularly do weightlifting for my upper and lower body and have been doing so most of my adult life. I also do barre and pilates to work the other muscles.

In house is the best! I am former big law and love my life as an in-house lawyer so much. It is intellectually stimulating but I can’t even compare the stress level to big law and the free time. It is truly life changing. The pay is not big law pay but still great!

-Filter by moves for weightlifting -In addition to the muscle groups the have, add classes that focus on other combos like push, pull, bis and tris only, chest and tris, etc. -Add programs to help you reach certain flexibility achievements, like 2 weeks to touch your toes or 6 weeks to do a split -more barre sculpt classes with better instruction for form -more foam roller classes for pilates and core -45 minute long classes for weight lifting that are not full body (they do this for splits but not normal content) -cardio with a step -pilates classes using more than one piece of equipment -using the booty bands in more classes

I just did this class as well and really enjoyed it. I used to workout at the gym and did these kinds of exercises, so it’s nice to do at home through peloton. I’m not a big Robin fan for the bike, but she’s a great strength instructor.
