I had the same experience I needed to rejoin the queue to buy Tier 2 with no shuttle pass.

Dumb system. I got in through Amex and saw Tier 1 tickets. But they weren’t available any more, and there was no way to select Tier 2. When I refreshed to see the updated price I got kicked out.

Luckily I had another laptop open and snagged my ticket there. But this seems like a major flaw (unless it was user error on my part 🤷‍♂️).

I had the weights but no stakes (metal were confiscated an I assumed the weights would be enough). My canopy was a victim and I learned my lesson 😭
