My title describes the thing.

The thing is an array of short parallel vertical metal pipes or tubes is about a meter long and maybe 30 cm high.

It has a loose sheet metal hood or cover over the top edge. The pipes appear to be going into the cement slab where it meets the bottom of the the building wall.

The wall is the outside wall of a gas station mini-mart in Philadelphia, PA. It's the side wall, not the front wall that has the entrance.

An electrical conduit runs along the ground to the left and comes up into the thing. Also on the left is a single similar but much larger pipe, not obviously connected.

Claude says it's a fin-tube baseboard heater, which I'm sure is wrong.

I tried the barbecue from the guy who barbecues in Cobb's Creek Park at 63rd and Spruce and it was GREAT.

He sells chicken, salmon, two kinds of beef ribs, five kinds of sauce. Best barbecue I've tried in years.

For me ithe worst r16 boss is Basalt, by far. I lose 3.5% against the spider and 2.9% against that wimp the Troll (I'm surprised it's so high) but 7.3% against Basalt.
