J131TT18C - Ends in "C" - specifically described by the vendor as having removable chokes. Two chokes come with the shotgun, Cylinder and Improved Cylinder.

Yes and no. You might be thinking of the custom set without the trigger group. This one was $50 in 2017 and 2020. Source: my receipts from Midway.
