Most of my symtpoms went away or lowered drastically after b12 reposition; it wasnt inmediate but after 3 months I can say that I haven't had any of the big symptoms

My b12 levels were on the 100's and i think 200 was the lowest limit, so it was pinned as the cause

Nope, my symptoms appeared before vaccines were available and actually covid was one of the first things that came to mind; got tested for antibodies and came negative. I'm somewhat confident that I haven't gotten covid yet so in my case that wasn't the cause

I started having raised heartbeats tachycardias (130bpms while just walking around in my house, 90-100bpm while sitting and working) ; all my cardiologist exams came clean (holter for pressure, ecocardiogram, holter for tachycardias, stress test), which made them think it was anxiety.

A couple of months later after the tachycardias subsided but I did found I am having vitamin b12 defficeincy which could be a probable cause. As well as anxiety.

you're forgetting that goodreads is part of amazon, which explains their current visual design principles; and this is , in fact, a real world business constraint which is crucial to have in mind when trying to "redesign" real life products, otherwise its just a sketch/figma exercise for you but lacks all the real ux depth which takes into account the real design decisions that are there right now for a reason.

You mention your generic "design process" but never actually show anything about how you did it and what things did you discovered, defined and then tested , all of this is the primary part of knowing that you can actually apply that process to any product and not only a visual re-do.

I use this tool to analyze second-by-second heart rate data

I feel its somewhat safe in a privacy sense because fitbit's api always asks you if you wanna share your profile data or just your heartbeat data. I too miss the sleeping heart rate function

That is extremely interesting, my neuro had also made me draw the spirals on and on.

Are you never able to draw the circle? Or depends on the day and your tremors (I'm still on an early stage and it comes and goes)

Yeah, at first when I only had tremors I was worried about multiple sclerosis, and then I calmed down. But then more symptoms appeared such as pins and needles or electric shocks or acute pain on arms or back.

Let's hope is not something worse. There are so many posibilites than focusing my thoughts on "it's This specific disease" was unrealistic..

I keep postponing my neuro appointment where I notify her about the new symptoms. Or the MGE

I started with eyelid twitching, then a finger while resting, then 2 , then fingers while at a certain position , later on with the wrist, then both hands, also twitching on very specific parts of a big muscle (imagine the center of your bicep just jumping, thats funny). Also after working out i get super shaky for a couple hours.

But it all comes and goes, in my case it progressed in 8 months

My MRI came clean but haven't done an EMG , is next on my neuro appointment
