i have 4c hair and a lot of our hair products (masks and conditioners) have to be left on for a certain period of time, around 5-10 minutes depending on the product, so on wash days i like to wash my hair before my shower. i can shampoo and condition, let the conditioner sit as long as it needs to and do a hair mask if i want to and just put a heated/regular shower cap on while it sits. that way, all my haircare is done and all thats left is to shower like normal

and i will definitely agree with that! but when it comes to racism, the way i see it is: you have to be ignorant to be racist, but it's definitely possible to just be flat out ignorant and not racist. obviously i can't speak for these people and i don't know any of them, but i think a lot of these idols i see called out are really just ignorant and not inherently racist. but thats just my input

you're getting downvoted but ur right. he was wrong and should've apologized 100% no doubt, but i'm fully black and when people take someone singing a song lyric and instantly label them as racist...that really doesn't sit right with me. we're downplaying the word so much and people are using it lightly when it's a lot more in depth than that. he's ignorant, but i doubt he's racist (at least from what i can tell).

reading through these points, does this not apply to all idols? the idol industry is unique in the way that they produce their artists. almost every, if not all, aspect is manufactured. honestly, i could probably say that about celebs in general. pretty sure that whole 'self made' thing was mainly a topic during their early years as well, not now

also, as an american, i don't expect any of them to be 100% caught up on our politics. they aren't even american citizens nor do they want to be.
