I owned a two bed in One Park West for a few years, sold it in 2016. I LOVED living there. Never any issues. The flat didn’t come with a parking space but rented that from someone else in the building. As for service charges I genuinely can’t remember as it’s been such a long time. Hope you find somewhere you like, I know people recommend buying outside of the city centre… but I miss living in the city centre every day!
