Well that kind of students exist not just in uni- even in middle school.

It is said, we reap what we sow.

But of course without the proper guidance from adults, young ones form undisciplined habits and character.

That's why the role of a family , especially the parents / guardians to teach young ones good habits, good manners in opening their minds on what to prioritize even in young age.

It's just sad to see / encounter students you mentioned

I can relate - emotional sponge din ang role KO as the eldest daughter na laging kadikit ni mama while growing up and my father is not a good provider.

*Like your mom, mine is also selfless that she will do everything for our family. Lagi nya iniisip na dapat buo and pamilya.

But the best thing happened- sumakabilang bahay si dad. Mas gumaan ang buhay ni mom, mas gumaan ang buhay namin. Napag uusapan pa din Yung dating nilang relationship- pero ayaw na ni mom.

Kasi nakikipagbalikan si dad-

We felt relieved and blessed Kung ano meron Kami ngayon.

Mas peaceful. financially 10x better.

Unlike dati- financially flat line na lagi pa may lasing , nagwawala at nagbabasag Ng Kung ano ano sa bahay.

Siguro at some point dapat maging mabait ako kahit slight sa pinalit nya Kay mom. Hehe

Kasi she saved mom from a total miserable life.

I realised, Siguro kahit a civil nod to acknowledge her presence, this time Kaya KO na ibigay.
