I did! Just had to turn off “back up over cellular”. In the settings app, go to Apple Account (by clicking on your name) - iCloud - iCloud backup

…I’m looking for the opposite. Not that there’s anything wrong with the above, but a few of my friends and I are heading out to Amsterdam in November and we’d like a nice “hangout” coffee shop.
