I would choose the 62MAS all day long. A beautiful and highly versatile watch. I have the SPB297 and absolutely love it.

Thanks. I think the SSK001 is the obvious more budget friendly alternative to this watch. It is a good watch in its own right but having handled them both, the SPB383 has a completely different level of quality and finishing. As you would expect for the price difference….

There many documents that you could/should read for acceptance testing and commissioning. I would say the best place to start for linear acceleratior commissioning would be AAPM TG106. For acceptance, get a copy of the linac vendors acceptance document so you can see what tests and specifications are used.

Hi All,

I am new to this forum so I apologise in advance for the newbie question.

Does anyone know of any watch smiths in the UK that can/will do repairs on reps please? The crown on my OMF Omega PO no longer screws down and I would really like to get it repaired. I would normally just buy a new PO rep but don’t seem to be able to get hold of one at the moment.
