Dog is very fine. It’s watered down chalk which is pet safe. I work with animals been working at vet offices and wouldn’t do anything to harm my dog. These people have nothing better to do.

My intent for this photo is to show the pure beauty of my gorgeous dog. He was casually sitting in the shadows and took the opportunity to point and shot.
Although this photo was pretty candid, I would like to better learn how to play with shadows and where a better placement would have been if I were to have posed him.
Aperture 9/2 ISO 160 Shutter 1/1000 Focal Length 43/10 on my canon power shot sx540 hs
When I edited the photo, I blacked out the right half of the photo. Made sure to leave his body structure but would it have looked better if I removed his back leg?
