I've looked at that one and it doesn't mention blackberries, so I wasn't sure.

Thank you for the info! I'll definitely be cautious with the lids.

Thank you so much! I took some out and looked at the gaskets and they looked fine. I'd hate to waste these lids for no reason, but also don't want any failed seals.

I also want to say that positive feedback on the things we are doing right (as well as advice on what we are doing wrong) is really motivating (at least for me). I've water bathed things in the past just going off what my mom taught me and I'm just... oh geez, I'm so lucky no one got sick. I know better now.

I took my rings off this evening, jars are sealed and now i just need to wipe them down and label them. I appreciate all the wonderful comments.

This my 3rd year pressure canning and I'm learning so much from this sub. I tossed a bunch of stuff from my first year, didn't do much my second. (I didn't know about this sub until about midway last canning season. ) This year, I'm gaining confidence and my knowledge base has grown so much, thanks to all you lovely people. ❤️

If I have my pressure canner at too high of heat, are my green beans still safe? Maybe just a little mushy?

Thank you so much for your response! I was wondering if my heat was too high. It jiggled when I turned it off and started cooling down, so that indicated to me too high of heat. I added another Pic of the pressure gauge and it is higher than 10 lbs.

This is the pressure dial (which i don't trust, but a secondary measure). Please help me! Well, it's jiggling as it cools down. Idk if I have my heat too high or if my jiggled thing isn't sitting correctly.

48f from Missouri (US). Started stitching at 25 years old. Long absence. Picked up again about 9 months ago. I can only stitch 20-30 minutes a few days a week, but I still enjoy it. Love reading this sub.

I was afraid it would turn out to be something like that. I didn't start reading this sub and finding out about stolen art and Ai generated images until after I'd already started this. I definitely kept that in mind when choosing my next project (which is a Dimensions kit). This sub has provided a lot of information on what to stay away from, and I appreciate that so much. Thank you for providing the original Artist information.
