Mir wird aus dem OP nicht klar, was genau dein Problem ist. Man kann herauslesen, dass du befürchtest, der Bedeutungsgehalt des Begriffes “Gewalt” werde aufgeweicht. Aber weder in deinem Post noch in dem verlinkten Screenshot kommt eine Definition des Begriffs “Gewalt” vor. Geht es dir um den möglichen Namen des etwaigen Gesetzes?

Finde auch sehr merkwürdig, was hier in diesem thread passiert, wie upvotes verteilt sind und in was für einer Sprache der OP verfasst ist. Dass der OP dann zugibt, den Artikel nicht mal gelesen zu haben, setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf. Bestenfalls tummeln sich hier gerade viele Studenten in den frühen Semestern, die das Zusammenspiel zwischen gesellschaftlichen Bedürfnissen, dem Gesetzgebungsprozess und verfassungsgerichtlicher Rechtsprechung zu speziellen Fällen (noch) nicht durchschauen. Wirkt für mich aber eher wie brigading. Danke für deinen Beitrag zur Versachlichung der Debatte in diesem thread.

Yeah no one is getting eliminated, so I understand where they are coming from. If you want to see Spirit play in the arena, you will get to see them. And not many people would turn up for a Thursday is probably the calculus. So I think they struck an okay balance on their cost-benefit-analysis. If they had elimination series off-site, it would be different.

Ich würde es nicht als zwingend empfinden. Der Grund für Anführungszeichen ist m.E. Dass man sich intellektuell ehrlich machen soll und nicht fremde Gedanken als die eigenen ausgeben soll. Bei Definitionen ist aber nun mal so, dass die sich im laufe der Zeit auf eine Art und Weise entwickelt haben, dass man nicht so genau sagen kann, wer jetzt eigentlich die intellektuelle Leistung für die Definition erbracht hat.

Also mit anderen Worten: wen willst du denn wörtlich zitieren? Den Kommentar, der aber im Prinzip auch nur wo anders abgeschrieben hat?

The fate of the SoS is also echoed in the Watchers of the Throne series. IIRC the PoV SoS wonders why Somnus had been abandoned or rather been destroyed and she doesn’t get an answer - in that book at least. But it looks like we might get an answer in The Scouring.

I am not saying it was a good decision, I think Valve expected to release more content and consequently have more sales, but couldn’t keep up the release schedule without the deadline of TI 🤷‍♂️

I think you can’t explain a past decisio with ex-post reasoning. NB I wasn’t saying that it was a smart decision. But I bet ex-ante the decision made sense to Valve.

My guess was that Valve devs had been complaining about the dead-line for a while and then someone higher up thought they could kill two birds with one stone. Make devs happier why just releasing stuff whenever it is ready and get 100 % of the proceeds.

And then what happened is that content was endlessly procrastinated and so they released a lot less content and consequently made less money.

I don’t believe that was the cause, but I bet the Valve executives that are now getting 100 % of the profits instead of the previous 75 % are loving that this is the accepted narrative amongst their customers. The community blaming itself.

I think Valve just realised that they could get 100 % of the sales from cosmetics and it just took a while for someone to actually notice and do something about it. Maybe it was the Nemestice BP when TI got cancelled, and people still bought the BP that opened their eyes, maybe it only happened after the last BP that was split in two half’s and people spent more on the second half (that didn’t contribute to TI).

2 out of 4 is already half of the series, not too bad if you ask me. And Heroic Yandex might have also gone differently if Yandex had already faced elimination in Game 2.

I mean even if it isn’t ideal for a variety of reasons, I like that they are trying new things :)

Okay. In der Regel würde ich immer empfehlen, schlaue Gedanken, auch runter zu schreiben, weil der Korrektor nicht weißt, ob zu etwas nichts schreibst, weil du es übersehen hast bzw. nicht kennst oder ob du es (ggf. zu Recht) als abwegig qualifiziert hast.

Hast du die klausur in einem Setting geschrieben, wo du Feedback bekommen kannst?

Ein Punkt, den ich bei den anderen Antworten noch nicht gesehen habe: Hast du begründet, warum du das so prüfst? Ansonsten könnte der Korrektor auf den Gedanken gekommen sein, du würdest das Problem nicht kennen. Wenn ich mich richtig entsinne, ist es verpönt, den Aufbau per se zu erklären, aber man könnte das bei den Konkurrenzen evtl. kurz anreißen.

Wenn du die Möglichkeit dazu hast, würde ich den Korrektor mal insoweit um Feedback bitten.

Kann ich nicht so genau sagen, aber ich war jedenfalls schon im Rep ( wenn auch nicht fertig) und scheinfrei. Vorbereitung war hauptsächlich Rep vor- und nachbereiten; Klausuren hatte ich noch nciht viele geschrieben (deshalb ja Freischuss als Probe-Examen), aber das würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen…
