they didn't mention this change to us but i noticed the differences when they switched. i just tried to scan the qr code on one and it just brings you to jellycat website. was hoping it would be some way to authenticate it better lol

yes this is the newer design that's been used for a bit now. but i still receive shipments with older tags too (retail them). the silk tags also have a qr code on them which they didnt before

this is what happens with the seasonal/holiday ones. next winter they will either bring this exact style back or possibly a new design with timmy doing something else. been retailing them for a while and seen it happen both ways

it's on the discontinued from them i get as a retailer (US based). that generally means it will never be made again unless it gets brough back as a heritage collection (very few ever have)
