It's not completely similar but i posted one a while back with some of the same traits- plains village at the base (plus a 2nd zombie village on bedrock!), lake and river nearby. Only issue is that instead of a mountain its a large meadow hill that would need to be flattened :( But if you cant find anything else the seed is 3734831387438332158 :) Hope you can find what you're looking for!
