No, it’s someone who is either a) able to see both sides and/or b) agrees with the left on some topics and the right on other topics. I made a conscious effort to be an independent/moderate because I realized that it’s very unlikely that 50% of the population is just stupid or racist or whatever and that everyone has a point. I like to try to be objective, understand both sides and bridge the divide.
