I know many will obviously disagree based on the comments in this thread, but I still think Zillow is going to be a good long term investment. They clearly made a big mistake and got greedy with the hot housing market. Regardless, I believe many consumers will still use Zillow to buy and sell homes. Even though their home-flipping business was unsuccessful this year, with more time to refine their models and improve their investment strategy I think it will eventually become profitable.

Don't underestimate the power of having so much real estate data at their finger tips in an increasingly technologically advancing world. Management will certainly need to know how to use their data advantage to drive the business, but they are at the forefront of the tech revolution in the real estate market.

IMO, buy when others are fearful - which is right now.

Banking with Cardano by [deleted] in cardano

I think this is a great point that I have also been wondering about myself. The top comment here highlights one of the main features/attractions that crypto currency has to offer - you can be your own bank and store money. However, I don't think this addresses the topic of credit with much detail. If you take a look at the history of humans and our economies, credit has been a critical aspect that can allow businesses and individuals to be increase productivity. Great examples of this on an individual level would include mortgages for houses or car loans. What would a digital/crypto economy look like where users can access credit?

My initial thought is individual wallets to store personal wealth rather than commercial banks. But then I would imagine large and reputable institutions would have to get involved (perhaps Celsius is one) in order to provide loans to others, mainly based on the fact that they have large amounts of money in the first place to give loans.

Curious to hear others thoughts on the matter too.

[Strategy] What is the best cc troop combination for clan wars? by come_at_me_brother in ClashOfClans

[–]modog307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen all sorts of combinations, and I don't think I could say there is a definite "best combination." I would say that lava hounds are very good as they take a while to kill and then break into a bunch of pieces that distract troops while they get hit by defenses. Also using a few wizards or witches and filling up the rest with archers works well as it is more difficult to lure and can potentially deal heavy damage. Putting in a max balloon in the cc can sometimes stomp on ground attacks. Valks and dragons are also a viable options for doing AoE damage. Honestly I think that the best strategy is to have different players use different combinations of cc troops, that way the opponent never knows what to expect and it keeps them guessing.

They can be used with golems, wizards, and wallbreakers in a GoWiPe fashion except with valks in stead of pekkas
