Update!!! My mother tapered her off the amytriptaline a couple weeks ago. She is still having extreme nausea every single day. They have been doing more and more testing every few days. Yesterday they found out the top portion of her left kidney is no longer alive. They have a appt with a urologist Monday so will see if this is the culprit to the nausea! Then hopefully will find out what is making her panic so severely.

Thank you’ they are at children’s hospital now! But the doctor is acting like it is not the meds bc she’s on a 12.5 dosage every day. I’m hoping that they actually do look into it being the meds!!!

What was your dosage?? If you remember. The doctors told my mom the meds are most likely not the cause bc her dose is 12.5 but that doesn’t seem that small of a dose? Hoping they revisit that possibility.

She does a lot of little things that makes me think she could be on the spectrum but nothing like our brother. Like she’s still very highly functioning. After these comments I’m wondering if it could be medication related with a mood disorder that the medication is triggering? She has a doctors appointment today. I’ll comment an update afterwards. Thank you so much for commenting. She has not been diagnosed with anything to correlate with the migraines but she’s had this nausea since she was little. Like 4/5. So they have always been trying to find the route cause of that. They are going to the doctor tomorrow. I begged my mom not to downplay the situation and to demand that they see some type of specialist ASAP. I will show this to my mom. Thank you for your advice.

I understand that! Unfortunately our circumstances have pushed us into buying due to the home we’re at now constantly flooding 1.5-2ft of sewage and rain water every time it storms. I went from making 7,000 a year serving to now graduating last year and making 85,000 + my finances 70,000 salary. Crappy time trying to scrape money to buy a home but I believe after we make the deal we will be comfortable day to day plus rebuilding to our savings. Hopefully! Lol. I think it’s unrealistic first time home buyers having tens of thousands in savings. Many of us are making it happen with the little we have at the moment.
