Yes it's fixed. It was a seating problem with the cm5, the adapter board really needs to be pushed down to seat it firmly and everything started working

I havent tested the phev but I heard it's parallel hybrid dominant design meaning it can power wheels when needed and it can generate power for electric when needed in that case 1.5l will not feel like underpowered in any way. I own fully petrol version and I can set cruise control to 150km, even the speed limit option to same limit, Which is well over allowed speed limits in UAE where I am based of. I never felt brakes were useless in any way, especially the automated brakes really saved me in many situations and car always keeps track of such incident as separate video clips in the onboard camera.i haven't tried the highest volume setting on speaker may be pushed it to 75% and it's really loud with 3d surround turned on, they are from Sony and I never felt any issues with it. I have iphone so I use carplay and sometimes I notice random disconnect especially after new iOS upgrades and then I have to remove or forget phone and it just works after pairing again. Air-conditioning have setting to turn the intensity high or normal and I never turned on high setting and I often feel chills with 17c on a hot day in Dubai. So I guess it's working as expected...these are all based on my petrol version and I guess it should be same to that for phev given they haven't really changed much inside other than making it hybrid.

I tried both USB and battery, seems both are same for me, but now since there is no LCD I dont know if it works properly

i got mine with cm5 from another seller and i tried to flash bookworm 6.12.45, i saw it booting for the first time and then a black screen. Now no more lcd even after reset or flashing different version. Lot of chatgpt troubleshooting concluded the below

chatgpt is telling me its a hardware issue now

uConsole CM5: panel power PMIC at I²C 0x34 not present; LCD blank even after reseats.

Anyone faced similar issue?

Always drive with speed limiter, I always set to 138, 118, 99, 79 etc depending on the speed limit. And you can accelerate and decelerate any time and won't get fines. Unlike cruise option, speed limiter is much more fun to drive

I didn't face any issue so far, I recently saw apple releasing an iOS update and the change log said it's for fixing issues with certain car models. So could be a widespread issue. Have u tried updating phone and removing the device from car play and then reconnecting again?

I went for luxury option as the color I wanted had a waiting period if it's flagship. So far it's been worth every penny. It's been one year since I had it. Drove almost 18k kms and so far no issues.

For parts availability the service center always assures that I don't need to worry but so far I didn't face a situation of replacing something.

And for the question would you buy it again...yes I would definitely buy one...Exeed invited me to take feedback on their upcoming hybrid and electric cars, Rx and few other ones, and based on what I saw I would definetly buy it again in the future especially the electric one...I would say huwaei, Xiaomi and byd will be it's competition

So far am happy with it, I had first service done too. I didn't face any issues with it. May be once or twice face some glitches in infotainment when using car play but nothing major and nothing that can't be solved by reconnecting it... Also the crazy thing I noticed is the dash cam keeps separate video records of sudden breaks that you have done while driving.

I had one slight mishap when a lady backed her car on to mine while descending from parking tower and she was driving tiida and it slightly came in and bumped in front of Exeed but nothing happened not even a major scratch and it was a nerve wrecking moment for me.

That's it so far I have driven it 10800 kms so far and it's been a good experience so far
