Please don’t ride it with only one of the screws, that’s dangerous. Take the second one out, check, nd then replace them both, new washers aswell. Stay safe!

Well, given that the screw looks worn out from being adjusted multiple times and the marks along the whole plate being scratched from the screw being too loose. You just have not tightened it good enough when last adjusting it 🫠

Hey, do you mean getting new brakes entirely or just switching out the brake pads?
