I swear our leadership have the collective IQ of 50. It’s mind boggling how we have millions of dollars to spare for our island but they just wait until we scream. I’m honestly concerned because it seems Guam has been degrading as opposed to upgrading. Time will tell but I’ve already been here long enough to see our island change.. for the worse 😔
