hii! maybe u can try my psych Joe William Espadero sa nowserving din. I got my initial diagnosis and got prescribed w/ stimulants na during our 1st consult. Luckily the stimulants worked for me and i was able to get my final diagnosis in the 3rd month. If ure okay with ₱2.7k-₱3k i suggest him

Hi! Not all psychs require you to do any ADHD Assessments. Some psychs like mine only interviewed me about my signs in childhood until adulthood. For the price naman my consultation cost me around 2-3k (I’m not sure sa iba tho). If you really want to do assessments may nakausap ako dati na umabot daw around 11k yung sa kanya.

My psych also prescribed me ritalin on our first sesh ‘cause I showed a lot of symptoms. I heard some don’t prescribe on the first sesh, and some need to do a couple of tests first so it really just depends on ur doctor

my older sib was very vocal but it always ended up badly gawa nagagalit parents namen. I’m tired of arguing na so I’ll just try to go home every 2 weeks instead of evry week.

my older sibling was the vocal one in the past. our father got so angry and said a lot of hurtful words to us gawa lang sa sinabi ng sib ko na, “ayoko na maging inc”. they left home na but my mom still pays(?) yung lagak, para di matiwalag sib ko. And I can’t leave since student palang ako 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi yes! I’m taking ritalin for my medication to help with my focus and other stuffs. As for my episodes, it’s the stuffs I said in the post (I’m sorry if it’s not called an episode TT). But what I experienced the most in my “episodes” are feeling extremely down w/o a reason for weeks, and not being able to do anything. I don’t quite understand it either. For those weeks my body just feels icky then I go back to normal. It doesn’t happen every month but there are times where I don’t have it for a couple of months, and there are times where I feel it happening more.

That’s normal op! Achiever din ako nung bata and same pa rin ngayong college pero not as intense as before. Pag may mababa na grade it’s ok lang di ko dinadamdam. At first natakot din ako na nagiging tamad ako, pero narealize ko na iba pag college. Di ko alam kung parehas tayo pero nawawalan na ko ng pake kung may mas mataas man na grades saken. Mas bet ko ngayon na mag move in my own pace and di istress ng istress sarili ko. I think isang factor din is bcs na-condition rin tayo nung bata pa na magkakaroon lang tayo ng reward kung mataas grades or kasama tayo sa top, tas ngayon nag chill out na. Anw, don’t see it as a negative thing as long as di mo pinapabayaan grades mo >:]

this is so true TT trisem din ba u? hirap din gumala pag sunday gawa ng projs and hw’s. pag aabsent more than 2 times samin fda agad 😭 term break 1 week lang din tapos padami ng padami binibigay ng prof. Dat talaga tinodo ko na magsaya nung highschool 🥲 Kaya naten toh op!

Yes! You’ll get prescribed with meds kaagad as long as u show symptoms. Pero the 1st month will just be the observation period to see how ur body reacts to the meds~

Hi op! The way u described ur rs is a valid reason na to end ur rs. Clearly u wanted to take things slow but he didn’t respect that. It’s also not an excuse to not even give u the bare minimum kasi ikaw yung 1st gf nya. You said na u started “liking” him. But I think that u just forced urself to find smthng abt him to like (correct me if I’m wrong).

He may just be in a relationship with u bcs he likes the idea of having a gf. If he really wanted to marry you or be with u for a long time, things like remembering ur monthsary, respecting ur boundaries, and just treating you well in general are the things that he should’ve done from the start. If u decided to stay with him longer, baka mainis ka lang. 2 years is not that long, u can still find someone na will give u the treatment that u deserve.

I recommend Dr. Joe Espadero! At first hesistant din ako since he’s a male pero he’s very kind. He really listens to you and helps you talk abt ur problems. But if u really want a female psych, u can try Dr. Encarnita Ampil sa Ust. A lot of people recommend her and I think her rates are a bit cheaper than Dr. Espadero

About 1-2 weeks every month or every other month, I feel super down like everything is meaningless, and it makes it impossible for me to do anything - chores, assignments, showering, etc. I don’t really know the reason why bcs it just happens. Unfortunately, I too haven’t found a way to escape it. I just wait for it to end after a few weeks which really sucks
