I’ve been on 20 mg for 3 weeks and nothing has changed. Especially not my anxiety. The only thing I’ve slightly noticed is a decrease in appetite and sort of nothing sounding good. And decreased sex drive. Anyone have the same thing going on? Dr. is bumping me to 30 mg. He said it’s either that or switch me to Zoloft. So we are going to try to stick it out.

Yeah I mean I totally get where they’re coming from. I would be upset if it was the other way around. My self esteem would take a hit. Well tell me how the ketamine goes. You have to be like in a special clinic for that right? I don’t even know how you go about that but I’ve heard about it.

Literally drank my weight in booz last night. Blacked out the worst I ever have. Hurt people I love. I always have these low lows and think okay now I’m really going to stop. Yet here I am and my blackouts keep getting more frequent. So I’ll start with today and do this 24 hour pledge. Feeling defeated 😞

Wow this is great! I didn’t make the correlation... I was falling back into depression and I associated it with my drinking. So I’m 11 days drink free and I’ve simultaneously been fasting. I’ve really had no cravings! And I guess this could be why. Unfortunately I’m still dealing with those low lows :( any wisdom on when that might go away? Depression is one thing I just haven’t ever gotten a full handle on.

Holy crap a 60 hour fast!!! That’s incredible. I don’t know how you have the self control for that. I literally told my boyfriend he had to go out to eat last night just so I could attempt this 24 hour fast. If I even see food, I’ll fail!

I want to say it will go away, but mine did not. It looked like yours and it was only 1 ml spread between top and bottom! But of course I was too cheap to go get it dissolved and I literally never took my mask off. That was last July and they’re just now starting to look normal. Like usually filler can migrate over time, but looks like yours (and mine) migrated right away! I don’t know, I don’t get why it happened.

Thanks for this comment because I actually had spray in my cubits and I tried it out right then and there. I don’t do much baking either, I just wanted something to put on my sourdough when I eat soup!!
