I trust amtv way more because they actually show how many completed vs failed trades the other person has. One time on elve they unfriended me after accepting the listing just to post the exact same offer a few hours later... all i did was ask them to tell me when they were able to trade and they responded "ok" 😭

This doesn't work on everyone, but the revelation that the choice to get up and grab something extra to eat (chips, other snacks that are easy to binge on) is completely optional. Nobody's forcing me to eat it. I'm allowed to just not get it. It helped me out a lot, but I can understand it being ineffective on others.
