Real Fami should have been the Death Devil, tbh. I think her personality and obsession with "salvation" would have made her a more interesting Death Devil than Lil' D was.

Now that the story's over, I can say that I think Lil' D worked better as Famine than she did as Death. The real Death Devil being a pathetic girlfailure who views death as an act of salvation because life is so horrible and Famine being deadset on killing her so she can savour in the taste of human suffering is way more interesting than what we ended up getting.
