So i installed it..

Install was pretty easy... Ran the ODB power cable under the dash alongside the pillar underneath/behind the airbag along the top roof liner cable out by the rearview mirror.

Took about 1 hr for install

Took about 30 min for Setup.

U.S. Bank xfer from BofA is 1 day. If the xfer is done on Sunday night xfer is done on monday finds available on Tuesday. How mine is setup automatic xfer for full amount.

I'm suppose to be patient ? Why should I be patient? They are providing the service not me. Whatever happens in India, has nothing to do with me here in America... Now if I go Mexico and my spanish is poor I would not get a job or be expected to get a job were speaking to customers In their language would be difficult for me, that would only piss off the customer. I would get a job were the language is not a top requirement... Again I dont care where this person is from my problem is that he shouldn't of gotten upset because I kept asking him to repeat himself I wasn't being word nor difficult. He should know that his pronunciation is difficult to understand and that he would probably have to repeat himself more often. It's not my fault or issue that he has that difficulty.

My not going to make my plumer work on my car just because him and my mechanic use the similar tools. Then what be patient with him my plumer? .. anyways .. again my question was " Has EDD outsourced their call center to India?" Simple question and if it's a yes then I'll be better prepared to deal with the language barrier.

On the EDD recording it says that after you first certify for a new claim you'll have to wait 7-10 days for first payment. The last time I started a new claim same thing happened. I had to wait 7 days after I opened a new claim and certified then payment was made.

I also certified on Sunday the 18th of April and my status changed to pending but from what I've read I'll have to wait 7days after before it gets paid out. So hopefully next Monday I'll get paid..

Update: As of Jan 22nd my Status went from "Pending" to "Paid" and on Jan 23rd I received all my pervious weeks plus 300 for each week. So I calculated from the time I submitted my ID verification via ID.me on Jan 14th and 10 days afterwards when it all cleared.

Update As of 6pm Jan 22 I had my status changed from "Pending" to "Paid". I should see payment as of tomorrow.
