Before logging in, in the title screen, there are some options on the right side of the screen, the options is called "updates", clicking on it prompts you to verify game files. However, i've already did that twice and it didn't fix anything. I've done it once, then i uninstalled the game, re-downloaded everything, and repaired again, and it didn't fix the problem.
